Donna is the real deal! As a first-time home buyer, I had endless questions, but Donna was responsive, engaged, and helpful through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the local market and knew all the problem spots to look for in every home we toured. She fought for me through the negotiation process. I felt like I was in trustworthy hands with her. I would highly recommend Donna if you're looking to buy/sell your home!

Where do we even begin? Donna is the epitome of a fantastic realtor. As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea where to even begin the process of looking for a home. Donna answered all of our questions, exemplified prompt communication, and was beyond flexible and patient. Donna made us feel so confident with the process and our eventual purchase. We left every house feeling like we were gaining knowledge and direction. Her expertise guided us to the home that made the most sense for us. It would be a mistake to use anyone but Donna as your realtor! We looked forward to seeing homes because it meant we got to see Donna, too. Donna Duesing is who we credit for success in finding and successfully acquiring our house in Indian Hills! We had been slowly considering relocating from out of state back to Wisconsin when we came across a listing Donna had. The time wasn’t right for us, but for the next couple years, Donna diligently kept us informed of available houses in our price range and geographic area of interest. When circumstances came together to make us decide to relocate, Donna was pivotal in “making it happen” for us: she scouted available and upcoming listings, found an ideal house for us that was about to come to market, got us in for the first showing on first day of listing, helped us strategize an offer given the particular sellers and some knowledge about likely competition and before end of that day, we had an accepted offer. She helped us navigate an accelerated close process. And, post-closing, Donna was a huge help in finding and lining up all the various contractors for work we wanted to do across roofing, carpentry, exterior and interior painting, etc. She made the process of moving cross-country and quickly getting settled into our new home as rapid and painless as possible. Its hard to find a right home that meets your interests especially in Brookfield, WI. I have attempted to buy a home in the past several times, but couldn't find right agent who can help me sail through the courageous decision to buy a home. Donna exhibited all skills that a real agent needs to have. She is lovely and friendly. She listens all the client request, interests. She respected all my beliefs and sentiments on my future home. Mostly importantly she was the most patient agent I have ever seen. She searched homes with me almost for 5 months without tiredness, until I found the home I was looking for. She didn't care if I had to have pre-approval letter until several searches, while most of my previous agents gave up in 3 o4 visits. Sometimes when I visit an open house myself, she was able to make a visit with an instant notice. She was able to find appointment whenever I asked for. I truly recommend Donna for your home buying. She gives the best agent experience for a home buyers or seller. She found a perfect home for me. My sincere thanks to her.
